Use the following steps to prepare your quilt before sending it to us.
The number one item for a successful outcome is to make sure your quilt top is square!
Please allow a minimum of five additional inches ( ten total) on all sides of your quilt batting and backing. So if your quilt top is 50 x 70, your batting and backing should be 60 x 80. Anything less than this will make attaching the quilt to the long arm frame very difficult, if not impossible.
Iron flat any seams on the top and backing.
Remove any loose threads on the top fabric.
Choose a good quality batting, like Hobbs 80/20 or something similar.
